A Home Inspector's Top 10
As a home inspector you see a lot of
surprising things . A homeowner's ingenuity or a builder's lack of quality
control can cause funny, and sometimes dangerous situations. Here are
few of the things we have come across over the years.

Home owner saved a ton of money making repairs in the
crawl space by himself! He even used metal buckets for extra strength! |

Home owner didn't know that you could buy a one piece
plumbing trap! |

Home owner disconnected the gas water heater exhaust flue
and used it for the dryer exhaust because it just created too much humidity
in the laundry room! |

Home owner wanted a sunk in bath tub so he drilled holes
about 3/4" from the bottom of the floor joists and suspended the tub with
