Joe Defuso who works for Lennar Homes was purchasing a 3 year old home and asked the construction supervisor at Lennar for a "top notch inspector". Ron had inspected a new Lennar home and the supervisor remembered him.<I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Jon for more than 4 years now. Jon is not only the most educated and resourceful inspector that I have ever worked with, but also one of the most honest and sincere people I have met in his industry. One of the things I like most about Jon is the fact that he embraces technology and uses it to provide the most current methods of inspection and that he is able to generate a report of his findings on site the day of his inspection, with color digital photos and images from his thermal imaging camera. Jon is a true professional and I would highly recommend those who are not using him to being doing so, as having him as a resource is a true benefit to REALTORs who are serious about their business.
